A Review Of Simple Ways To Improve Sleep:
- 2. Eat a balanced low fat diet
- A low fat diet reduces depression and enhances mental wellbeing
- Eat 3 meals each day regularly
- Eat the evening meal at least 2 hours before bedtime
- Low blood sugar can disturb sleep, so light late night snacks of oranges, bananas, milk or toast may aid sleep
- Avoid alcohol
