The Benefits Of Exercise:
- Releases endorphins into your bloodstream creating a sense of well-being or “natural high”
- Decreases muscle tension caused by emotional stress and produces a relaxation response in your mind and body
- Allows you to clear your mind so you can focus and concentrate more easily
- Rids your body of toxins
- Improves blood flow to the brain providing it with oxygen and eliminating waste products
- Improves overall flexibility and posture, decreases back stiffness or pain caused by stress
